These general conditions are concluded between STORES & PERGOLAS, and the client, hereinafter referred to as the User.

The technical advice that we have deemed it necessary to give you can in no way give rise to any liability whatsoever for us. Articles are only guaranteed in the event of an express stipulation. We cannot accept any return of material or goods without our prior agreement.
For solar blankets, any deterioration due to: - lack of maintenance or the use of unsuitable products or instruments is expressly excluded: detergents, chemicals or solvents, scrapers or other instruments liable to deteriorate the surface; - lightning or unusual climatic conditions; - atmospheric or phytosanitary pollution; - animal stains; - assembly faults, user faults, projections of various products, hanging of objects on the canvas, falling objects, shocks, road accidents, vandalism, cigarette or other burns, fire.
Likewise, errors in ribs attributable to the user are excluded from the scope of our responsibility.
We take care of products that do not comply with the clearly stated wording of the order or quotation quoted. We do not cover the consequences of installation, environmental or usage conditions which do not correspond to normal conditions, to the uses of the profession, to the prescribed standards or to the destination of the canvas.
Once the order has been placed, the User will receive a confirmation email.
If a product is unavailable after placing the order, the User will be informed of it at the latest at the time of delivery. He will be entitled to the refund of the unavailable item as soon as possible.
By validating his order, the User authorizes STORES & PERGOLAS to send him his promotional offers by e-mail. He can refuse to receive them on simple request by e.mail.
STORES & PERGOLAS reserves the right to modify its prices in the event of an increase in charges, in particular the rate of VAT, and in the event of a typographical or printing error, manifest.

To better serve the User, STORES & PERGOLAS may have to replace an unavailable item with another one of similar characteristics and of identical or higher quality at the same price. In this case, the return costs will be borne by STORES & PERGOLAS up to a “simple” Colissimo refund.
The user will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt by STORES & PERGOLAS of the complete and intact package.
All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer of the fabric, you can know the guarantees covered by going to the site from the manufacturer.
This warranty does not apply if the defect results from the installation, or from an incorrect measurement preventing the blind from operate normally.
Our guarantee covers all normal use of the blind: it does not apply in the event of negligence in use, for example
if an external canvas blind remains open during a strong gale, which would damage the canvas.
Before any possible return, contact us beforehand clearly specifying the nature of the defect and the number of your
invoice, We will specify the terms of return.

STORES & PERGOLAS undertakes to comply with the regulations on responsibility towards the consumer.
However, STORES & PERGOLAS cannot be engaged if its obligations are not fulfilled in the event of force majeure as defined by the case law of the Court of Cassation. Present, in particular, the characters of force majeure the following events: strike without notice from the transport services, fire in the warehouses of STORES & PERGOLAS.
The User acknowledges that there may be interruptions to the internet service which cannot be attributed to STORES & PERGOLAS.
STORES & PERGOLAS makes every effort to guarantee continuity of service, its obligation is only an obligation of means.
